Dear Lynn: Romance Grows
Top of the evening to you.
Hmmm. Yea. You do SOUND like you have nice veins. Be sure to thank the good doctor for confirming my own suspicion. Now, it is clear that you DO have nice veins.
I hope you like what you’re learning. I know I enjoy learning about you too.
Thanks for listening so supportively through all that. You made the sharing much easier than I thought it would be, with your attentiveness and gentle encouragement. You really seemed interested, and accepting too. As far as examining the past and learning from it goes, in this particular case, I had no choice but to learn a new approach to relationships. I knew I never wanted to experience that kind of pain again. You know, the pain associated with loosing something you’ve worked so hard and so long to achieve. I’m just trying these days, to behave in ways that will minimize the chances of something like that happening again.
Thanks for saying that you enjoy having me in your life. I feel the same about you. Each day now has a sweet spice in it – our phone talks. We’ll do okay at managing the distance between us. I have lots of vacation next year, some of which could be spent in your town, with you.
Rest assured, I have views, and some are strong. And I suspect that they will surface in the course of our getting to know each other. Perhaps you could enumerate some of your so called strong convictions, and we can discuss – on the phone. That would probably be too wordy a discussion for email. Just let things take their natural course, and I promise, you’ll learn everything you want/need to know.
Well, from this end, you seem to be dong just fine saying things. If it is hard for you at times, you sure make it seem easy.
That side wasn’t so bright. I miss you.
The night out was nice. Went to Old Country Buffet. Got home around 10:00.
I went to the health food store today and bought some:
Lentil soup
Split pea soup
Vanilla rice drink
Vanilla soy drink
Organic cranberry sauce
Various spaghetti sauces
Herb teas
Going to have a good lunch tomorrow.
More later.
