Lord Of The Rings

Dear   [Tina],

Well, Lord of the Rings was one story in a series of books, that started with “The Hobbit.” Perhaps this is why it didn’t really end. I saw The Hobbit, but wasn’t really very impressed with it. So I’ll probably not go see Lord of the Rings, unless someone up here really wants to go and is looking for a companion.
