I was born here in Pennsylvania, USA. There are lots of mountains here that make this area uniquely pleasing. The air is fresh, and the countryside is relatively undisturbed by civilization. I enjoy living here.
I have four younger sisters, and we all live in the same general area. I have eight nieces and nephews who come to visit often, and my Mom is here too. Dad passed away in 1997 but Mom seems to be doing okay health wise.
I have a bachelors degree in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh, and have been working for my present employer for fourteen years now. Looking to change careers and become a freelance writer in the next couple years and am in the process of setting up a home based business to that end.
Figure skating? Wow. I never knew someone before who liked doing that. I always loved watching the skaters on television. You seem a lot like someone I would enjoy learning about, and learning with.
Movies are fun to watch for me as well, although I haven’t been to very many this year. Not because I don’t want to see them. But I just haven’t had the time.
The shore is wonderful. I love taking vacations there, particularly along the east coast. But the west coast is beautiful as well. But I don’t get there much since I’m so far from there and so close to the east coast.
My hobbies include home repairs and light construction, amateur radio, reading, writing in my journal, listening to music, roller skating, bowling, understanding relationships better, traveling, and just being with a special lady. I study new trends and technologies in computer science for my job — probably about two hours per day. It’s fun to keep abreast of the advances.
I believe in honesty and openness, and want to base any relationships I have on these qualities. I’m not looking to change anyone in any way, and would just like to meet a lady I consider beautiful, and who feels the same about me. With a strong, mutual attraction, I believe that the rest of the relationship takes care of itself. But more on that later.
