A Bite Perhaps

Wow, I’ve always found female realtors quite attractive. This is rather exciting. Perhaps it’s because they’re always so well-dressed when I see them. Never knew one well enough to see her outside of her work uniform, in casual dress that is. 
Where in Ohio do you work? I lived in Miamisburg / Centerville area for nine years. I owned a home in Villages of Miami, not far from Springboro.
Yes, the housing industry is setting all sorts of new records these days – money invested in real estate, number of new home starts, and so on. Plus, the interest rates are relatively low these days and that probably will not change until the rest of the economy gets rolling again. So, enjoy your feast. You’ll probably have it for a little while yet.
Don’t get me wrong. If a relationship I got into evolved into a committed one, I would feel blessed, and welcome it indeed. But I do not want children. And since that even in a committed relationship there seems to be no guarantee of fidelity and loyalty these days, I’m thinking, why bother with all that commitment stuff. I don’t need commitment to be happy, for sure. I just like affection and companionship at this point. Whether those desires are filled by one or many, I don’t really care. Either way is fine with me.
I was just in the Dayton area last week. I get there several times a year, but might come there more often if I had reasons outside of work for visiting.
