Curious, Onyx

Tuesday, December 17th, 2002

Dear Onyx,

Well, I would ask you why you bothered to send the pix if you felt that our goals for a relationship are so different. :-)

For my answer to this question, let me say that the more attracted I am to a lady, the more I am willing to be flexible, and not be as insistent on what I want. For example, I might be willing to have children with someone who turns my knees to mush, and who I am convinced feels the same about me. Much more so than someone to whom I am less attracted. So, the pix are one of the ways I use to ascertain the potential attraction. I would want something totally different from a relationship with Barbra Eden (I Dream Of Jeanie) or Elizabeth Montgomery (Bewitched), than I would, say, with Rosie Odonnel. I might have 12 children with someone with whom I could totally fall in love with, a treasure difficult to find these days.

Anyway, I’m getting sleepy. Preparing for a new years eve party that I am Djing and I was just putting some patch cords together for that. So, thanks for the pix. As far as how attractive I think you are, stay tuned. ;-)

Later,
Tom Hesley

Elstan Update

Friday, December 13th, 2002

Dear [Tad],

Well, I think I’ve told [Elstan] in every way I know, both directly and subtly that I want her, and she has not responded positively. Can’t keep knocking my heart against that iron-clad door, which never seems to open for me.

It seems like that has been my problem for way too long with women. I find one I like and then I try too hard for too long to get her to let me into her life. I did that with   [First Love], [Emeebee], [Judith], and others you don’t know. I just need to quit sooner I guess. You’d think I would have learned my lesson by now. That is, if they don’t accept you immediately (or very close to immediately), they ain’t gonna accept you ever.

Tom

Dear Briget

Dear Briget,

If you’d care to talk more, give me a call. 215-850-3753. I’m in and out quite a bit, so leave me a voice mail if you don’t get me directly. You seem smart, established in your real estate career, and attractive. I’d enjoy learning more about you and telling you more about me. :)
