Perhaps Not a Rejection
[This lady, while noting as probable big problems the distance between us as well as the age difference, did ask me to write to her her again. So, I did, as follows:]
Hi again, Marcia.
I’m Tom.
So glad you wrote back. Yes, I noticed the age difference. Makes no difference to me. You’re only 11 years older than I. Besides, the older we get, the less of a difference that will make. 
Yes, we’re far apart. But I’m prepared to relocate for the right someone. Eventually. But not immediately however. Lots of email, phone talks, and several visits would need to happen first. I’ve done this sort of thing before, and it can be fun and not too expensive if managed properly.
